First Tier Support
Support for First Tier JSystem open-source framework is provided, free of charge, by JSystem community. As the  makers of JSystem, we make sure that no question is left unanswered.

Second Tier Support
We provide our customer with support services that facilitate smooth implementation of automation projects and provide assistance where needed.
Our technical staff is on stand-by 24*7, providing assistance via phone, online, or onsite.

Service Level Agreements
Ignis created support-service SLA agreements in order to provide our customers peace of mind, knowing that their automation goals will be met.
Our SLAs offer guarantees for bug-fixes, as well as assured levels of availability, performance and timing of support services. Coupled with our top-notch engineers, our SLAs provide world-class support in the field of automated testing.
